Sports - Specific Fitness Programs

The Sports-Specific Fitness Programs are complete fitness programs that add strength, flexibility, and endurance to the muscles that assist the upper body, lower body, and core in all sports. However, we have combined certain flows of exercises that will optimally assist certain sports. See the sports tabs below.

 

 These have been formulated by physical therapists, athletic trainers, and strength coaches with extensive pro-team and adolescent/adult sports medicine experience.

 

The Sports-Specific Fitness Programs include 50 videos. They include 21 upper body, 6 core, and 2 lower extremity strength progressions, 16 flexibility stretches, and 6 aerobic choices. This is a complete step-by-step program to return athletes to their sport.
